my order was placed on a Monday When it was not shipped on Thursday I called the customer service number. The lady who picked up the phone told me that you usually do not send packages until the next Monday. It wasn't until I said I was not going to order anymore that I received on Saturday. When I did say I would not order anymore the lady replied that's fine. I was appalled and just hung up the phone. That's how you treat your customers? If I order two day or ground I do not expect to get it in two weeks.
