Disappointed
I normally have an excellent experience but my most popular white label soap has either switched to a new supplier or the recipe has changed or something. I’ve called twice and emailed twice to the department they told me to email, and I have yet to have a response from anybody. This is a really urgent matter for my business, but I don’t think that it’s being taken seriously. I’m trying to figure out if there’s any way possible to get the old recipe back for the black forest soap. I’ve been buying it for years and it’s really different now and it’s just not as good. My customers are complaining and I’m just at a loss for what to do. I can’t get any answers or responses about it. This lack of customer service really makes me lose faith and saddens me because I love purchasing from you guys, but I don’t feel heard or cared about.

Thank you for sharing this, and we’re truly sorry for the stress and frustration this has caused—especially knowing how important this product is to your business. We understand how upsetting it is to hear customer complaints and feel stuck without answers after reaching out multiple times. Your concerns about the Black Forest soap, including the possibility of a formula or supplier change, are valid, and the lack of follow-up you experienced is not acceptable. This is an urgent matter, and your feedback has been escalated to our product and customer service leadership so it can be reviewed properly and addressed with the seriousness it deserves. We appreciate your loyalty over the years and are genuinely sorry that this situation has made you feel unheard. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we are committed to improving communication and working toward a resolution. -The Bulk Apothecary Team
