Overall a good experince with customer service, they got me the pc in a timely manner and were really helpful along the way. When I read reviews elsewhere I wasn't to sure but those reviews were also quite a few years old and don't reflect how things are currently done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-built machine, even more so with current prices on different pc parts.

My experience with BuildRedux was very good. I chose the build I got because it was a sweet spot in the hardward profile I wanted for flightsim, but most other builders were missing (Better AMD - NVIDIA RTX 5080, AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 64GB DDR5, 4TB M.2 × 1). BuildRedux happened to have the components I wanted in a solid build at a competitive price. I researched the components and knew the prices to expect. I've had zero problems or complaints about this build. It was delivered fast in sturdy and secure packaging. It looks fantastic, and I like details like the fine mesh covers to prevent dust buildup. Would strongly recommend!

Honestly, the fact that it came with easy-to-follow instructions, as well as my not finding a possible way to mess it all up, was one of the best things. In close 2nd is the fact that it has been operating perfectly ever since I got it, and I didn't even get the best one, so I can only dream of how much higher quality the upper-tier options are. if your thinking of buying, I heavily suggest it regardless of how high or low you go on the price range.

From start to finish working with build redux was a breeze. Their listed options were detailed and well informed and gave more and more detail the more you pursued each option. Extremely happy with my purchase, set up was fast and painless. From opening the initial shipping box to plugged in and operational was a smooth 5-10 minutes. Function and quality is exactly if not better than advertised. Overall price was well worth it and such a great deal.

The site was easy to use, and the complex build that I received works flawlessly. Delivery was good, although while having to sign for it required me to be home, that's what you need for something of this value. The build came with a lot of extras - if you've ever gotten Lego and noticed that they put in a few extra small pieces in case they miss one or you drop one and lose it - Build Redux did the same thing. Only with more expensive things like cables and minor configuration things. Not hundreds of dollars, but not worth pennies either. And exactly what you'd want if you got your new computer and you realized you were missing one minor HDD connector cable and now you have to run out to the store to buy one for $15. I only used a portion of that but as someone who's had to run to the store to buy a cable I forgot, it is highly appreciated.
