My brother and I both bought top of the line PC's from Build Redux and have had tons of problems and issues with them, EVEN right after they were returned as well. I had a GPU cable melt to my GPU, then another issue after it came back of the new GPU failing, they did replace the GPU but mind you each time we have sent off our PC's it has taken 30 days + to get it back, maybe its because we live on the east coast, I'm not sure. My brother recently had an issue where his computer wouldn't display on his monitors I told them it seemed to be the Motherboard, we sent it off and after 30 days they said it was the CPU cooler and replaced it. Day 1 of having it back he was still having a similar issue, rather than send it off again for 30 days I decided to take it to a local PC repair shop. I've been told the issue is the Motherboard, Build Redux has to be lying about doing Quality checks before sending the desktops back to the customer. I'm going to have the local PC shop do the repairs, avoid this company.

I got the exact spec I wanted at a great price. Shipping was surprisingly fast. It’s been almost a year and the computer has run perfectly the entire time.

I was looking for a good gaming pc and took my team dor best queality-price site, buildredux was the best, i dint regret anything, i play everyday on my pc never got any kind of problem, im happy with my product.

Was a very painless process just pick the setup you want then customize it from the options provided then it’s shipped to you mine made it to me within a week. I’ve had zero issues with mine going on 8-9 months playing on mine daily

I wanted the Core AMD build so I financed it and the day it was supposed to arrived they recalled the PC and refused to explain why. Thankfully they issued me a refund but only after they made sure there “was no shipping damage”. I imagine other customers were not as lucky. To further explain, they tried to say that the finance company issued the recall and the “order was potentially fraudulent”. However, when contacting the financial company they worked with me personally and even sent Build Redux an email to resolve the issue. Even so, Build Redux said they couldn’t do anything about it until after they received the Core AMD computer back from the shipping company. Ultimately it took me two weeks to get a refund and I still never got an explanation. I can only infer that they sent the wrong product and tried to sweep it under the rug in the most ridiculous manner.

I've had 2 computers built and received from buildredux and I couldn't recommend them more. High quality pieces that havnt given me issues and with proper cable management and making it all pretty right out of the box. It shipped almost immediately and right out of the box was a plug in, do all the required updates, and your good to go. Solid pieces of work and will definitely be looking to them again!
