the customer service team was great, they stayed on the phone with me for over two hours as we troubleshot together to find the issue with my existing NVME. They took the time to walk me through everything, and insured that once I got my replacement that windows didn't through a fit on the reinstall. I couldn't thank them enough. And the NVME m.2 is working great.

The computer works really good. I have no issue at all with the speed. Runs games really fluid they might some times. A bit of lag when load some stuff. But is probably because I am running to many stuff.

I got the prime intel, This was my first pc I’ve ever bought, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But everything seemed to work perfectly! The set up was simple, I can use pretty much anything with high graphics or things that might be hard to run (Skyrim with 1500 mods ;) ) the price was great for what I got and the pc came fairly quickly too!

I bought the PC from build redux because they offered a monthly plan with interest free. But then i hoped on reddit only know that the overall review was negative and it was taking more than 2 weeks to get the PC. then it came i loved the packaging it was safe. But then i ran into a problem i couldn't get the display to be working. but then i figured out and 6 months later i had no problem with PC i ordered and i also payed off the PC early. price was 978.79 for Prime Intel at that time.

Quick and easy process and didn’t have to wait long to receive my PC! I got exactly what I was told I was going to be getting and the PC works great for a prebuilt! Much better and definitely the needed upgrade from my previous Xbox 1S.

Amazing product my first time buying a pc and it was a breeze doing so on the company website and it came within three days of me ordering it. I do enjoy my pc and have enjoyed having it since ordering it.

Order a birthday present for my self -- top of the line gaming rig -- expected it to take a while due to chip shortages. Was shocked when it showed up so quick. This is my second purchase (first one was my retirement gift several years ago) from Redux, and I'll be back for the next upgrade. Can't recommend these folks enough. Fast, good quality components, and has been humming out of the box with no problems.

Bought my PC around christmas time 2025, and i absolutely love it. i have had zero issues with it, and if i ever due its a good piece of mind knowing i have 1yr warranty on it so i can send it back
