The computer works really good. I have no issue at all with the speed. Runs games really fluid they might some times. A bit of lag when load some stuff. But is probably because I am running to many stuff.

Overall a good experince with customer service, they got me the pc in a timely manner and were really helpful along the way. When I read reviews elsewhere I wasn't to sure but those reviews were also quite a few years old and don't reflect how things are currently done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-built machine, even more so with current prices on different pc parts.

Great price for what the PC is able to do. Delivery status was updated regularly. I wish there was a bit more clarity of estimated delivery when I ordered.

My Pc works great and I only ever had one issue with it. They were quick to respond and getting me a new part. I am only giving 4 instead of 5 because I don't like how they seem to have moved over to texting support rather than talking on the phone with someone but I get it…costs.

I’ve had this pc about 4 months now and it’s pretty great runs just about any game I ask it to very well with only some minor issues the. The only issue I tend to have is it doesn’t want to connect to WiFi sometimes but nothing a power cycle doesn’t fix. Arrived early than expected as well.

BuildRedux have a great customer service and a great product. Loving my 5080prebuilt from them.

Company is really good to work with, my PC has been handling everything really good so far, I did not upgrade to 32 gb of ram which is definitely needed to play memory intensive games, like Fivem. I hope to upgrade ram soon, hopefully when the prices drop, but everything has been smooth, delivery and on time and easy, price was good for what I got, quality of my product is outstanding!

I ordered a PC from them and they really made sure that it wasn't a fraudulent purchase so the security was good. I then looked to Reddit and on here to read reviews (I should have done that before making the order) and got worried so I canceled my order and they responded quickly and there was no hassle. I didn't expect the quick customer service after reading other reviews.
