Great price for what the PC is able to do. Delivery status was updated regularly. I wish there was a bit more clarity of estimated delivery when I ordered.

PC isn't the issue. For one your support system is trash, you need a more direct customer service method to be able to handle more complex situations. Another problem I had was with delivery, I understand that usually there might not be an issue with requirements for a signature, but in the case that someone orders a PC and they're on a job and can't be home to sign for it, you need to make it optional. As a company that's main focus is to build PCs and ship them, I don't think it should by up to you whether the person ordering lives at a certain address or not. Nor is it your job to require a signature from someone which takes away from their job.

The comparison in price versus other companies is fair. The plug and play experience of unboxing a prebuilt was very nice. And I’ve had no hard or software issues with it. So the only dilemma is waiting on it to be shipped which is also a fair issue dealing with hardware, assembly, and so on.

I have ordered 2 gaming PCs from Build Redux over the years first one being a maxed out 4090 build for me and the second one being a Good 5070 build both have came fairly quickly and worked fine no issues. Haven’t had a reason to contact customer service as I haven’t had a problem so cannot speak to their service after receiving delivery. But ordering and delivery was smooth both times. Will order from them again sometime in the future!

Ordered with some skepticism, but this PC has earned my trust at every step. Shipping was fast with solid tracking, and it arrived well-packaged with no damage. Setup was refreshingly simple with no bloatware headaches, just a clean system ready to go. The price point is fair for what you get, and most importantly, it actually delivers on performance. Every game I’ve thrown at it has run exactly as advertised. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a no-nonsense gaming rig.

Got what I ordered for cheaper than what everyone else was offering got to me in a good amount of time for it being such a large package I've had the pc for 5 months now and I've had no issues highly recommend them for getting a pc.

PC came in with the cpu fan barely hanging on. I contacted customer support and provided photos of the issue and they said they would send a shipping label to send the PC back and fix the issue. However, no shipping label was sent and I recieved no more contact from them. I was stuck with a PC I couldn't use and had to spend my own time and money to fix. Yes, the fix was relatively easy, but the situation was frustrasting and not much support was offered. After fixing the issue, the PC works great and I have had no other issues.
