Received a broken computer that would not connect to any monitor I tried & had several components on the inside loose. Sent it back for a refund after being unable to find a fix. Took almost 3 weeks after they had received my return to only get a partial refund. They then blamed me for the issues. So in short I received a broken PC from them, they blamed me for it, and only gave me half my money back. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Build Redux has completely lost my business. I’ve bought two PCs from them in the last two months and spent over $3,800, and this is how they treat a returning customer. I paid for express shipping. Instead, they shipped my PC late on a pc labeled ready to ship took 7 days to ship and then threw it on FedEx Economy instead of upgraded shipping I paid for. Then, when FedEx confirmed Build Redux could upgrade the shipment, they refused because fixing their own screw-up would cost them too much. My computer was literally two hours from my house, yet the whole process took nearly two weeks. How does a company that specializes in shipping expensive computers manage to screw up something this basic? Their solution was basically, “Here’s $50, deal with it.” Keep the excuses. You lost a customer who was clearly willing to spend money with you. Great way to turn a repeat customer into someone who will never recommend your company again.

My brother and I both bought top of the line PC's from Build Redux and have had tons of problems and issues with them, EVEN right after they were returned as well. I had a GPU cable melt to my GPU, then another issue after it came back of the new GPU failing, they did replace the GPU but mind you each time we have sent off our PC's it has taken 30 days + to get it back, maybe its because we live on the east coast, I'm not sure. My brother recently had an issue where his computer wouldn't display on his monitors I told them it seemed to be the Motherboard, we sent it off and after 30 days they said it was the CPU cooler and replaced it. Day 1 of having it back he was still having a similar issue, rather than send it off again for 30 days I decided to take it to a local PC repair shop. I've been told the issue is the Motherboard, Build Redux has to be lying about doing Quality checks before sending the desktops back to the customer. I'm going to have the local PC shop do the repairs, avoid this company.

I wanted the Core AMD build so I financed it and the day it was supposed to arrived they recalled the PC and refused to explain why. Thankfully they issued me a refund but only after they made sure there “was no shipping damage”. I imagine other customers were not as lucky. To further explain, they tried to say that the finance company issued the recall and the “order was potentially fraudulent”. However, when contacting the financial company they worked with me personally and even sent Build Redux an email to resolve the issue. Even so, Build Redux said they couldn’t do anything about it until after they received the Core AMD computer back from the shipping company. Ultimately it took me two weeks to get a refund and I still never got an explanation. I can only infer that they sent the wrong product and tried to sweep it under the rug in the most ridiculous manner.

Horrible experience with the warranty. Graphics card broke after about a year and a half. Insisted that I ship it back for repairs in the original box which I no longer had. They wouldn't accept an equivalent box even though it's just a box. They charged $70 to ship a stupid box that's the exact same as any other box. Service was incredibly slow, took over three to finally get my PC back. I insisted not to ship it back through FedEx and not to require signing. They said they can't do it even though I called support. I had to waste a vacation day to sign for it. Then the computer didn't even arrive the day it was supposed to so I had to burn another day. I asked if I could pick it up at the FedEx center but FedEx said no since the shipper didn't allow they. I called BuildRedux support again to ask if they could allow it to be picked up and they said they can't. No acknowledgement of any of this inconvenience. I've had miniscule inconveniences as least acknowledged by a $5 coupon at other places for much less. This company made no effort to apologize for any of this process, zero compensation. Compare this to Costco where I bought another computer and was entitled to a full replacement, no questions asked. Will never buy from them again and I hope no one buys from them again. As for the good? When I bought from them a couple years ago their prices were ok I guess. Also just remembered after reading someone else's review, they insisted that they might not be able to fix it under warranty until they reviewed it, so I didn't even know if I was going to get my PC fixed until over a week later. When they said that, I asked if I could just get a new graphics card exchanged (since I knew that was the issue, it was very obvious) or just trade it in for something of equal value. They made zero attempt to be helpful and refused both options. Just no flexibility at all. For a mid sized business you'd think they wouldn't be bogged down by all that but apparently not. It's absolutely ridiculous considering even mega corps like Amazon offer more flexibility and better support. I'm 29 years old and this is the first time I've hated a company enough to leave an online review. Even restaurants that gave me food poisoning didn't bother me enough to bother leaving a bad review.

Not sure what theses people are thinking. After looking at there offerings I researched a bit and was able to build a PC with an Asus rog strix b850-e gaming wifi mobo, amd ryzen 7 9800x3d processor, 32g ddr5, 2t nvme, radeon 9060xt 16g graphics card plus case, liquid cooler, operating system, power supply for under 2k. A comparable system from them is over 5k. Wtf

They sent me my $5k PC with a defective graphics card, then had the nerve to tell me they'd send a replacement upon receiving another $3800 deposit for the replacement until they received the defective card back. I've been without a working PC since I received (a week ago) and now they want me to wait until I ship the defective card back, they test it to confirm it is defective, then they will ship the replacement (another 7 - 10 days). No urgency on their part to resolve this.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD, Everything is the customers fault, never on them...and waranty claims all denied for one reason or another.
