Don't sign up with this company. Buildium charged us over $200.00 for nothing, Buildium only gave us $5000.00 limit per month, what can we do with $5000.00 limit per month? Buildium should let us know before charged us, it wasted time and money, Buildum refused refund, poor customer service and dishonest people.

Good, but still waiting on the integration of Tasks to our mail system's calendar (google). How difficult could this be? Been asking for years and we have to update the tasks and our calendars separately.

BE AWARE! DO NOT USE! Horrible customer service. Software does NOT work. We have tenants waiting to get their application processed. Glitches with software and they do not guarantee time frame (per Dave the manager!). We have been calling for 3 days and they are still saying that they do not know when It's going to work! ***Update-Buildium is quick to respond within a couple of hours to my review yet has waited more than 3 days to correct their software glitch! I am losing hundred's a day because of your companies inadequacies and failure to expedite correcting this software problem. I am NOT able to accept applications for tenants and your response is that "you are working on it"? This is exactly why I do NOT recommend Buildium!!!

* * Pleasantly surprised * * I was partnered with other individuals for many years and managed thousands of doors. We used a competitor's property management solution and were mostly pleased with it. When I decided to end the partnership, I left with a smaller portion of the portfolio. I was disappointed to hear the other company was not interested in my business (too few doors). After a couple software trials failed, I gave Buildium a chance and am glad I did. I have found their on-line support to be excellent. My staff and I have had to adjust to new terminology a little, but I think it's been an easy transition. The few times I've needed to reach out via email, I have received prompt and valuable responses. No product is perfect, but this one is solid. I appreciate that they ask for input. I have read a lot of the negative reviews. My opinion is you need a base of knowledge about software and property management before you dive into trying a fully digital solution. Bravo to Buildium -- keep up the great work!

Overall, our experience as a Property Management Company utilizing Buildium is positive. We ran into some challenges in the process of switching from our old software, but we had "onboarding specialists" along the way to help train us. Our tenants like to be able to pay by EFT for $0, where many services charge a fee, the system organizes maintenance requests and has helped us improve on following up on them, the system has an add on software to allow inspections along with photos to go directly to the software. Our clients are able to access the financial information about their property 24/7. Nothing is perfect, but this software is exponentially better than what we were using previously.

My experience have always been amazing! Easy access to support and always very helpful people around to help me. Yesterday the girl who helped me was amazing, I did not get her name, but she help me out all the way and make sure I understand, hear me out and make sure I did what I need. Thank you so much!

Buildium is an extremely deep piece of software. Although they need updating, The Buildium Academy offers thorough training. Our experience with customer support has been exceptional. Sometimes we have to wait to get help, but when you do reach them, they are thorough and stay with you until your question is answered.

I have had 2 separate tenants fraudulently dispute their rent payments through buildium. 6 months of rent swiped out of my account because Buildium does not protect their landlords. I even sent lease history and the Buildium staff says they don't care. They just want their management fees and literally could care less to help me avoid fraudulent reversals.
