It is a little challenging to do some items. I would like to have the ability to track move outs through Buildium.

The representatives work hard to resolve issues when calling in to Buildium Support. Unfortunately, the contacting support is unreliable. As a property manager, I'm on the phone 99% of the time, so the call back feature is useless as I miss the callbacks because I'm on the phone working! I've worked with Buildium Software over 10 yrs and nothing in this department has changed regarding contacting support when needed. Thought you may want to know.

Features need to be easier to use. Changing bank information could be easier. Software is not good for bigger companies

The recent change with late fees is terrible. I can go into specific details again (email me if you want me to mention them again). Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Email me if you want the details. But I've articulated them on the phone

i dont like the reporting we need more options to customize do not like the prepayment allocation it has caused issues with late fees being added incorrectly

to long of a wait when you call in for help. And price is really high every month. Other than those 2 thing its good.

I was considering using Buildium as the platform for my VA business business, because I use it at the company I work for currently. The recent update has made logging into this platform horrible. Its confusing to log in and their credit screenings freeze. Other than that it was a good platform. But I won't be getting it for .y business.

The software is user friendly enough. My issue is that you have to either pay a very high montly fee or wait sometimes an hour or more for support. I only need to contact them a couple times aeach year so this might not work for me. I may have chosen Appfolio if I knew this would be an issue. I just don't have the time in the day to wait on hold this long.
