I like having Buildium's property management online system because I can access it from anywhere, it generates the kinds of reports that make me look really good, it's built on solid best practice procedures for property accounting and management, I can generate the 1099s at the end of the year easily without having to pay an accountant, I can advertise my available listings online to the major housing sites easily and beautifully for free, prospective tenants can apply online and pay the application fee, I can get criminal and credit background checks efficiently and cost-effectively, I can communicate efficienty with all my tenants or all my owners whenever I have a message I need to broadcast to all parties, and the cost of it all is reasonable. I appreciate it very much, and my new partner is learning that this is a great system for property management.

Buildium is easy to use. All your property management accounting and bookkeeping needs are fulfilled. The customer service is second to none.

Buildium worked great for our needs. We have a portfolio of under 50 units. It is very easy to navigate and explain reports to owners. It is also cost effective compared to other solutions such as Appfolio. I also appreciate constant improvements and updates of the site. Highly recommend.

I have used Buildium for several years now and absolutely love it! It's easy to use and learn, even with little or no experience with other property management programs. What I love most about Buildium is their customer service. They don't rush you when you are explaining your problem and they go above and beyond to get it resolved. I also love how easy all the end of the year procedures are with Buildium.

I am the Treasurer for our Homeowners Association. I've been a member of this HOA for over 17 years and was our Treasurer back in the days before Buildium. What a pain it was to administer the books of the association! I had to find a replacement treasurer when I ran out of time and patience to do it properly. I don't know how Buildium came to our HOA's attention, but I'm sure glad it did. Administering our HOA is a dream now that we're using Buildium. Not only is it very user friendly, but it also provides a platform for us to communicate with our homeowners. Seriously, we were sending out snail mail ... and don't even get me started on the budget process. With Buildium, I'm happy to report that the administration of our HOA takes very little time and effort. I also find that the customer service and help offered by Buildium is exceptional. Well worth every penny.

I would definitely recommend Buildium to anyone managing properties and/or Associations that really want to make their lives easier. Great software and very good customer support team that gets on issues ASAP.
