In general, Buildium is a great piece of software for Property Management. It's relatively easy to navigate, customer service is nice, the help resources are pretty good, and the features are great. I knocked off a star, though, because even with all the great features, it seems like they don't blend together very well. There are way too many work arounds and not enough fluid procedures.

I had a problem with creating a report in Happyco. I had the wrong property address. Dharyll said I could download the completed report and attach it to the correct property in Buildium. I asked him how to do that and he never responded.

Buildium is a business saver. The ease of being on the beach and being able to monitor residents requests, send a contractor, pay the contractor and never pick up the phone. Even doing taxes is a breeze with the accountant getting their own portal and having access to the accounting they need. Applications, background checks, and even renters insurance all in one place. Keep it up guys.

The Best decision! We switched from Promas to Buildium 5 years ago. Buildium is so much more user friendly. We have multiple property managers with their own portfolios, it's super easy to manage, use and it's all inclusive. I haven't looked at another system since because Buildium does everything and is always improving. Thanks for making this hard job that much easier.

Buildium has made my business and life so much easier. I have so much free time that I decided to get a job.

In the Blue Box on the Tenant Page, we need the following information. 1. Square Footage 2. Other Charges, i.e. NNN, Utilities, etc. 3. Whether the tenant has an option to renew. We call this area the Lease Abstract area. It would be great if the Rent Roll under Rentals included Square Footage. It would be awesome if the regular Rent Roll under Reports included other charges, i.e., NNN Charges, Utilities.

overall its a great product! its made our business much more efficient. things to improve: the app isnt super user friendly. our maintenance team tells us that it doesn't work sometimes, they cant update the tasks, and that pics are difficult to upload. in addition, we've asked to have docusign added to more than just leases for the residents to sign electronically. personally, i wish there were more reports that i could have access too (as the owner) that would give me better data. i already pay > $1,000/mos for it and dont have access to everything the software has to offer.

Good morning I usually never write reviews about people, but Andrew Burrell. On board me with everything to get the ball going on your guy system and has answered most of my questions better than everybody else you have and it’s not his job to answer the questions. Also with the billing has been messed up since day one and he’s been trying to fix it ever since.
