Very thorough and easy to use platforms all the way through the software

Buildium is a robust property management platform and I enjoy using it for my real estate businesses. The customer staff is very professional and knowledgable. However, my onboarding experience with my new additional platform is taking longer to set up than expected.

I have had great experience using the software. It has been very straight forward. The only issue I have is on the work orders. It's difficult to email the homeowner back if they are just asking a question and not entering an actual maintenance issue. If I answer them from the email i receive the notification is still on buildium and it makes it look like there is no response the work order if another admin sees the notifications. Customer service has been great.

My overall experience using Buildium has been positive, as the platform makes managing property-related tasks much easier and more efficient. I especially appreciate the supportive customer service team, who are responsive, knowledgeable, and make sure my concerns are addressed promptly. One feature I would recommend adding is an option for applicants to complete their own rental history verification information directly. This could help streamline the process, reduce manual data entry, and make it more convenient for both property managers and applicants. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Buildium and appreciate the continuous effort to improve the user experience.

It took a few calls, the gentleman that was able to find a solution for me was so patient and helpful. I was frustrated before the call and hopeful by the time it ended. He had a friendly way and offered a simple solution. Thank you!
