I had such a great experience with Ae from the Product Support team. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. She was able to track down a payment from a previous bank account from almost six months ago, which definitely took some serious investigation and attention to detail. Been using Buildim for over 3 years now with all of my properties we manage. Everything is great, but the wait times for the Epay applications are ridiculous and very annoying. Especially when you application doesn't get pushed through.

Overall experiene with Buildium is great. Especially for Premium subscription. There are just some process that I am hoping to get it automated. One of it is when updating unit address. I hope it will sync automatically on tenants profile for the address too.But overall, Buildium is great!

Buildium was able to give us special pricing as we were in between them and another company. We were able to get the special pricing by having 2 accounts and Athena assured us this was how we could have that price. After a couple of months, we noticed we were getting billed twice for 2 accounts. We reached out and the manager sent us a link to cancel the accounts. We showed email chains showing that they said they would give us a set price for having an account with them. The manager then stated they had a no refund policy.
