SCAM!!! Product was sticker-based unlike those shown in product page. Cheap quality. Please totally DON'T BUY!

I was so excited when I got my stuff but the pen I had ordered ran out of ink within a week and my shirt and canvas bag had IRON-ON graphics. They weren't printed! My Jimin shirt had the iron-on graphic CROOKED and it wasn't centered at all. These graphics will wash off. They refused to let me return the defective pen and only offered me a $2 credit?? The pen was $10 plus shipping. I'm so disappointed. 😭😭 Where can I buy official items?

DONT GET ANYHING! I bought and ARMY bomb and got scammed. They wouldn’t let me return it, so I got $40 credit. And guess what.. all the stuff is FAKE! I waited for about 2 months now.. and this is what they give me. TRASH!

I ordered 2 items from BTS MANIA. I bought a BT21 Koya Plush and an army box package. The Koya Plush took 3+ weeks to arrive.. looked nothing like the picture. Basically, the color was way darker and the stitches were out of place..i payed $30 for that.. Not only that, I got an army box package and shared it with my friend, we payed about $50 each. When we opened it, there was basically fake posters and the badges that they gave were poorly designed. Anyways, the listing was deleted after I received the items and my mum said that there's no point of getting a refund anyways.. wish I had read the reviews before buying:(

I have to say this experience wasn’t at all bad. I got myself a medium, it was smaller - but it still fit. I realised it was fake looking at the work, but it was great quality. I don’t need a refund and I’m ok with my purchase.

My packages arrived two days late, and I was so excited when everything arrived. I somehow missed the reviews and when I opened the package, everything was fake.

They claimed to sell the BT21 headbands however what I received were rip-offs and deformed BT21 members. They only offered to refund me 10%. Do not trust their pictures. Wish I saw these reviews before.

I ordered from this website a few weeks ago and received my items yesterday. I ordered a V hoodie and a BT21 Tata plushie. The plushie is of very good quality considering it probably is a fake (although it does look very real and isn't terribly stitched/assembled). The hoodie, however, is WAY too small. I ordered an XXXL for the hoodie, even did my measurements and everything. The hoodie I got would be like a S-M on me! Too small! I wouldn't recommend getting clothes from this website but things like plushies, pillows, e.t.c would be better to buy. Now for the shipping. I was given a tracking number for my items. The tracker website said the number didn't exist. I couldn't track my order to see where it was coming from and where it was. Not to mention the reviews on here for me scared just in case it never came or that I would be disappointed at the quality of my items and have to send them back, only for them to ignore my emails. Overall, my experience with BTS Mania was ok...all things considered...
