I received all items on time, and they were so gracious in sending me some little souvenirs along with my order. The quality was great, I loved all of my items, and appreciated them being on time since some stuff was gifts for a young ARMY who's birthday was coming up!

I received my jackets and the quality and design is as I expected. I'm giving it 4 stars since the shipping took a while. Otherwise, I'm happy with y purchase.

Item was as described and arrived in a timely fashion

I bought bts love yourself hoodie black colour and the quality is excellent though I got 2xl it is a bit tight for me but still I am very happy with the quality and even after washing the colour is not faded and it didn't shrink or get those small materials balls. I also got cooky pillow it is super cute and soft again the quality is great.

Excellent service, esp staff name Yuri is very friendly & give update properly to me for my undelivered item. Thank you so much for help until my order was delivered. Item is good quality & looks authentic. THUMBS UP.
