I ordered on this website 2 years ago. But when I ordered it took over 1 month for me to get my poster. But the quality for the poster and the packing was great nothing was ruined it was in great shape!

One of the items (a poster) came all folded and squeezed on the edges, because the packaging around it was too tight. So that was very unlucky as the poster was the thing I was most excited about.

I had over $90 worth of prints made including shipping. My wife uses these for cards. The jpeg files I uploaded were from pictures taken by my wife and the overwhelming majority were files we have had printed at least 3 or 4 times before. The snapfish prints were terrible. The color was all washed out. I scanned the images of both our prior prints and the snapfish prints to compare and uploaded to Snapfish during a customer support chat session. The difference was so obvious. It was a waste of time. The technician, Dinesh, would not bother to read what I was telling him. He kept telling me the print will not match the onscreen image. I tried repeatedly to tell him I was comparing prints to prints - not a print to an onscreen digital image. He finally just closed the chat on me and despite me giving my phone number and asking someone to call, he said he would elevate the complaint and they would email me. Snapfish does not give any method of contact for customer service other than a chat. A couple of days later I received a simple email telling me the same thing Dinesh said - the print will not match the onscreen image. I emailed back and told them again that I was comparing previous prints of the same jpeg file printed by Snapfish - not comparing the onscreen digital image. I again asked for a phone call for clarity sake and resolution, but they do not care. Their customer service is as bad as their prints. DO NOT waste your money. No matter how cheap their prints are, it is still a waste when their quality is so very poor.

The items are great! The only thing that I struggled with was the shipping. It took more than a month for my package to ship.

The package took a long time, but due to Covid I understand. The problem was that they didn’t give me a tracking number right away, but they will always reply to my emails.

I was really panicked when I could not pull up your website I had been getting regular updates on the location of my package and then poof it said this website is no longer available.I did get my packages loved the goodies and the bucket hat,but the baseball hat was really cheap looking and I was not impressed.

I ordered a pair of pants, and it took almost 2 months to get it. The pants are fine, but everything sticks to the fabric even after like 5 washes. I think it should be clear that some of these things are “copies” of other brands sometimes although I guess that’s not legal. I’m just a bit disappointed cause buying the actual pants would have been the same price as the original brand. This is probably just my lack of awareness but yeah.

It was in perfect condition and very cute ! But when I tried to connected to Bang Bang Concert BTS did through Weverse , I couldn’t connect my army bomb because it wasn’t the real one ! So yeah I got a fake one 🥺😣 but either way I’m gonna keep it and treasure it until I can buy the original 😄
