My friend purchased an army bomb from this site and was fake! My friend contacted them calling them out on selling fake items and they offered a store credit for half the price of what she spent. Why would she shop at your site after receiving a fake item? I will be emailing BigHit about this site as well. Not cool to be pretending to be selling official merchandise when it's actually fake products.

This is ridiculous, the quality is so bad I bought 5 items and I spend a total of USD154.48. The chimmy sweatshirt material doesn’t even worth USD40, I can easily buy at taobao for less then USD$10. After receiving the items and I went to search for their reviews as their items are to fake and cheap, then I realize I’m being scam by this website. I can’t believe I just got scam SGD220.69. It’s definitely sadden as I bought this for my niece birthday presents unknowingly it was a fake items 😔

I had a great experience with btsmainia. I got a V popsocket and I love it so much! It comes with a little extra for free and the shop is easy to navigate. I also love how they do free giveaways on Instagram. They seem like nice people and their products are great quality!

I purchased my first BTS merch from BTSMANIASHOP and I live in Hungary so the shipping took exactly 1 month, the item that i purchased was a backpack and the quality is incredible! My experience with BTSMANIASHOP was really good, i could track my other whenever I would want to and I asked 2 things from the company and they answered me really nicely , overall a really good company💜
