BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

Dont buy this company! Please do not buy! I purchased a Army BomB Version 3 from them. They told me it was a replica but high quality. When I recieved it today - it didn’t even light up with new batteries! One of the official cards spelled my Kookie like “junkook” ..... I am asking for a refund now and they have not answered me since 2 days ago. I am not happy. Please don’t buy from here.

This company is absolutely garbage and the owners should be arrested for fraud. I purchased over 200 dollars worth of goods back in November and I still haven’t recieved anything from them. I have contacted my credit card company already They gave me some bogus tracking numbers and they are still in china as of Janurary 21. What kind of items take 2 months to ship.... I don’t even know what to say but I’m here to warn people not to buy form here. This is not an official shop and I hate the fact that they use BTS logo and pictures to promote themselves. Stop scamming ARMYs we are innocent.

so for anyone who is thinking of buying from btsmaniashop, please don't. EVERYTHING they sell is unofficial. even bt21 pillows, which they claimed to be official from line friends or something. in like october, i bought an army bomb ver 3 from them thinking it was official because of the price, reviews, the pictures. (it showed the wireless control pictures) but when i checked a post on instagram, someone said they sell broken items. then i went to do research and found they sell fake things, even the army bomb ver 2 is fake. and its was fricking S$89... the packaging was pretty bad, like it didn't even come in a box. the army bomb was pretty bad quality imo. the logos on the bottom of the lightstick were smaller than the real one, and was very faded. EVERY SINGLE THING was fake. even the manual and the QR code thing. they also spelt the jk photocard as "jugkook" lol. and it took 1 month to come... in december, i purchased the official one from bighit. it was SO MUCH CHEAPER (even shipping included) than the fake one. and it came in only 2 weeks! it is also much much better quality. please do not buy from btsmania. they are pretty much scammers and they said that the army bomb is unofficial but good quality but it was bad quality and compared to the official ver3, it barely looks like a ver 3 at all. on instagram they even put the product as "BTS Official Lightstick Army Bomb Ver. 3". so many people have been scammed and i really really hate the fact that btsmania is still selling fake stuff and scamming so many people. they honestly should be closed down by now. some people even think the army bomb they sell is official and it's the app's fault that they can't connect to bluetooth, when it's the lightstick. i would rate them 0 stars if i could. for anyone who is looking for official or/and good quality bts merch, please buy from actual trustworthy shops like bighit, ktown4u, kpopmart, cokodive etc.

I am beyond frustrated! I ordered an Army Box: Tear edition back in November and THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER TODAY! THEY PRACTICALLY NEVER EVEN SHIP IT! I should have done my research and after reading all these reviews, this company is very bad. Omg.... I don't even know what to say.

my reviews keep getting deleted! I bought several items from BTS Mania shop and ALL OF THEM ARE FAKE. You can buy them from EBAY. One of the BT21 pens i bought which was Shooky started fading and the paint is starting coming off my hands. The Pillows they sell are also fake. There are no tags and the stitching is so bad.

I spent over 300 dollars on this website to buy mysister a gift for her birthday on December 6. I only recieve one out of 8 items and it has been over a month. The tracking they gave me says they are still in china. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled about this company. I am going to wait 1 more week and I will contact my credit card company. I literally had it with this company. I am going make it clear and give a strict warning to all future buyers to think twice before spending your hard earned money on this site. Extremely slow shipping times and horrendous customer service. They don’t even keep track of any support tickets whatsoever. I had to explain to my issue again and again.

I am very sad and disappointed with this company. I ordered a BT21 plush toy Koya and when I recieved it Koyas nose was flat.. On their site they claim it is official but from their pictures Koya has a plumped nose. I am so disappointed I spent 35 dollars to buy this. Checking from the other forums, there are many bad reviews. I really regret I did not read them before buying..

I bought 2 x army bomb light v3 from them in December 11 2018. And recieved today in the mail. they are 100% fake and do not connect with the Bluetooth app, despite them claiming that it is official. I asked for a refund and they told me to ship it back to a place in China that cost over 70 dollars... and they are not reimbursing my fees... BUYERS BEWARE! Upon further inspection I realize none of their items are real. They are clearly using the name “BTS” to make them sound legit.
