I bought a sweater. And it's so thin that you can see the shirt I'm wearing inside. The material supposed to be cotton but when it arrived it was very shiny and plastic-iky like a cheap pair of tracksuit. I waited for the sweater for a month and I'm just mad that I received a fake, low quality sweater from China

Ordered an Army box as a Xmas gift on 12/3. Only the Tee and accessories were received (crushed INSIDE the bubble wrap) on the 18th!!. I responded that the bomb needed to be expedited as it was a gift and because this was huge error on THEIR PART. They only “apologized”, said they cannot express ship (which is bs) and said “rest assured” I would receive a tracking number in 7 days!!!!!! I was so furious after reading reviews that this s**t is probably fake that I send a not so friendly response and demanded that I receive this gift before the 24th. Never heard from them again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

This is a site selling Fake BTS Merchandise not authentic make sure u got to Bighit Merchandise not here because they are fake. Make sure you google search bighit merch not BTS merch bc they will get you with their fake fixed reviews. God forbid your items get lost stolen or just never ships because this site is fake bc you'll never get your time energy or money back. I had to reorder from the real Bighit site where I actually did get my Real Authentic Merchandise. My intentions or I should say all of ours should be make sure the money from our purchases go to BTS big-hit company only bc that's putting the profit where it belongs with BTS. Not this counterfeit Fake website that sells Fake Army bombs very 3s that don't work when try sync or Bluetooth for concerts they have. Everybody wants to be apart of the bomb concert colors. Well those just makes cute glow sticks to hold while there and not to mention everything is double what you would pay at Bighit Merch website. Photos and pic books all fake. Check out YouTube they show you everything in comparison to the real deal. Stay away this is a fake merchandise selling site make sure you use the right name bc I dint any got confused. I'm sure my negative comments won't change their experience rating bc it's fixed to lure people in to believe everyone loves their merch when they don't! Give me my money back! Period! If you don't get ur item their motto is tough luck the jokes on you. Word for the wise is always add in your search Authentic Merchandise or search their co. Name on Instagram Twitter or YouTube to get their merchandise website. Stay safe from scamming websites people.

I bought the BT21 AirPod case from them thinking it’s from the official brand. What I got was a fake product!

Please be advised that all the merch they sell is fake and you cannot get a refund. Their customer service is awful and their products are really bad fakes. Poor quality and not worth what you paid. Please avoid this website and look for official merchandise sellers only.

I was shocked to see the package was from a person name Jack Yu from a small town in China. I thought I was shopping from Korea.... Well maybe that was stupid of me.... However the worse part is that the quality of the products are beyond terrible. The Cooky key chain I got does not even look like the real BT21 design. So, it is even a BAD FAKE. I would tell anyone who might want to buy from here: NO, DON NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS PLACE.

Checkout says AUD (am in Australia) but I was charged USD instead. False advertising. Exchanged emails but they did not admit they are wrong. In the end got my bank to raise a dispute. Won't be buying again.

I spent 150$ on stuff and it was very poor quality. First off they didn't even send my items until I got PayPal involved. I waited over a month and sent them countless emails that they never responded to, I had to contact PayPal( thank God for them ) to try and get my money back and after PayPal got involved they finally sent me a email confirming the items had been shipped. The only nice thing I actually liked was the poster quality, but the pillows and blanckets//sheets are a huge disappointment. Highly recommend not buying from them, but if you do use PayPal ( they will likely never send the product after charging you )
