BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

Never buy from this store, their merchandises are fake n from China. The qualities are even worse than if you buy from Taobao. I bought two concert T and a chimmy plushies, I was super regret that I didn’t search this website review before I made purchase there. Most importantly I wasted more than $80 from that website!!!!!!!! Super regrettttttt. My whole day pay!!!!!!!! As an advise don’t buy from this website!!!!!!! I rather pay more to buy official goods.

The sweater material was ok, but the way it was made is really bad. The design is printed on a different sheet of fabric then it's all assembled together creating a very noticeable colour difference. Definitely would not recommend.

Fake BTS bomb that did not pair at the London concert was just the first fraud. The second came when BT21 Pillow Plushies never arrived although the shop charged for it. After months of stalling on emails, not a penny was returned and they stopped responding altogether. We initiated MasterCard charge back procedure against them via our bank. All customers who experience this fraud must do the same thing. Their payment acceptance will be revoked and they will have to stop cheating people.

Fake Army bomb..would not pair at Wembley.. terrible to do this to children..dirty robbers..

DO NOT ORDER A BTS LIGHTSTICK FROM THIS SITE!! We ordered 1 way in advance of Wembley concert 01/06/19, my daughter was very adamant she wanted an official one and this is what we were to BELIEVE we were getting however, when we went to the pairing booth at the concert we were told it was FAKE!! My daughter was deverstated and me incredibly ANGRY that we had paid £65 for a FAKE product when we could have paid £45 on the day and got a REAL one!!

I bought this army bomb a long time ago and wondered why it wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth. Found out today on YouTube that if you’re photocard of Jungkook says ‘Jugkook’ it’s a fake. And that’s what I have. I’m meant to be going to the BTS concert today and I’m not taking it now because I’m so annoyed about it. Being a 12 year old, I’m really angry about this and more people are buying this finding out it’s a fake. I’m sorry but I don’t have another £150 odd pound to buy another army bomb at the concert unlike some other people.

BTS Army Bomb did not pair at the concert so my daughter was waving a bomb that wasn't in sync. It was not cheap - it cost more than the ones on sale at Wembley. Having said that, their response was prompt and not too bad when I contacted them to resolve the issue - which is ongoing (but see below). It's a bit worrying when I look at the reviews below, but I'll see what happens over the next few days. My advice would be only to buy Army bombs at the concert, as then they will be sure to pair. I'm waiting for a hoodie, so I'll update this review if/when it arrives. Update: the hoodie arrived and issue resolved, so I'll put four stars. We were given credit which we put to a hoodie, which arrived after a month or so.

So I ordered from here without reading these reviews, and then when I read them I was really f****** worried that my package wouldn't arrive, or it would take months, or my sweaters wouldn't be good quality. I was checking the tracking everyday since I ordered and the last update was on the 21st so I definitly thought it would be 2 months to get here or something. I was pleasantly surprised that I got my package today and the quality of the stuff isn't as awful as I expected! The shirt/hoodie thing with the bias name is really soft and durable quality. Majority of the bad reviews on here are unwarranted, people are buying these army bombs at the last second cause they don't want to buy them at the concert, and I don't know anyone that would buy a product thinking it's the official thing when it's like 1/10th of the actual price. Those people were just desperate for the army bombs and obviously dissapointed when they put so much faith into getting the real thing for a fraction of the price. The only thing wrong with the site is that it looks so damn legit like they're partnered with BTS, and most of the items say it's official. But sadly it's not. I don't mind buying unofficial, good quality merch, that's cheap. Most merch stores are too expensive. So I ordered on the 18th, it's now the 28th and I live in Scotland so the delivery was pretty quick although the tracking wasn't accurate.
