Its terrible, i have ordered the army bomb and when i read the comments on trust pilot i was extremely worried to the point i decided to cancel my order, they said i’ll get a refund but obviously that never happened, they stopped replying to my emails since. I am very disappointed in the poor customer services they provide. Oh yeah, i saw this one reply saying that we shouldn’t expect a real thing when it is 1/10 of the price or something like that. I just wanted to say that army bombs at the actual concert venue costed me way less than on the bts mania shop. I have payed £45 on the venue for the legit thing when bts mania’s one costed £60! (It was on sale as well so imagine the actual cost) I think that this is a crazy big difference, i mean cmon, maybe for some ppl £15 its not much but for me it’s quite a lot of money ngl. Therefore i will suggest to the people that didn’t get their army bomb yet i think it’s much more better to get the legit one on the venue. Its usually much cheaper and u are sure that you are not throwing your money in the bin. If you are worried that they’ll be out of stock, don’t worry about it. I went to the concert in London Wembley Stadium and there was so much more left even 30 minutes before the concert started.

A lot of people seem to have received fake products, while I did definitely get the original. It had the tag with the sticker on it and everything. My Koya cushion came in great condition. The packaging bothered me a bit, since it came tightly wrapped in plastic instead of the bag it seems to come in usually if you were to buy it in an actual line friends store, and the package was also a bit ripped, but that's probably due to fedex rather than bts mania. The tight plastic squished it a bit, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, but that's easily fixed by kneading it a little bit. The plastic didn't smell weird either or anything. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase, but I'm wary to buy from there again, because almost all reviews are unbelievably negative. I'd be scared to get scammed the second time around. So even though the product I received is of good quality and definitely authentic, I'm not buying anything from there again.

I found this site via a Youtube ad, and unknowingly bought merchandise from it not knowing the merch was not authentic (i.e. unofficial merch that the artists would not profit from). ———————— **NOTE** The official BTS merch shops are: (https :// bighitshop .us )and WEPLY (WEPLY is BigHit Shop’s mobile app. The former ships to USA only and the later ships worldwide. Their item selection varies as well, so it’s worth checking both out.) ————————- BTSMania’s cancellation/refund policy is rather draconican, as if you wait longer than 12 hours to try to cancel they simply will not do it...despite the conpany needing 2-4 days to process your order. I tried to cancel less than 24 hours after my order was placed and they refused to refund my money. It was very frustrating. However, when my order was shipped I was provided a tracking number and my items arrived in good time, with a couple of small gifts. My main gripe with this shop is that they present themselves in a way that would mislead people into thinking they sell official merch....which they don’t. I’ve seen other reviews (after making my purchase, of course....ugh) complaining that the ARMY bombs they sell are actually counterfit and don’t work properly. Imagine going to a concert to find your ARMY bomb doesn’t synch up because it’s fake?! I would feel terrible. However, if you’re looking for some cute items and don’t mind the items being unofficial merchandise, BTSmania IS an option....however, some of their items are overpriced. Pretty much everything I bought there I found later on Amazon for a fraction of the cost-and with faster shipping! Some of the clothing BTSMania sells is also very cheaply made (not surprising). I purchased a baseball shirt that was too thin to wear on its own...I would not have purchased if I’d known that would be the level of quality. I usually do my research before shopping at places like this, but because they advertised via a youtube ad I just assumed it was legit. My mistake! There are pros and cons to shopping at a site like this. I kind of feel like I got lucky since some other people have complained about their orders not arriving or customer service being unresponsive.....however, every email I sent out (and I sent some rather angry ones trying to get my refund) they responded to in a timely and courteous manner (although they refused to give me a refund) and of course, my order was recieved and in good time. My advice would be to shop with caution. BTSMania isn’t the only website of its kind, and I find it suspicious that all of these sites have only positive reviews on their site page, but when you google them all you find are sketchy experiences. You’re definitely taking a risk with sites like these, but sometimes they have fun items...so, buyer beware! Hope this was helpful to someone!

GUYS THIS STUFF AINT AUTHENTIC!! It is FALSE ADVERTISING! Please if you do NOT want a cheaply made, unauthentic plush, then do not purchase any BT21 plushies from BTS mania- they are fakes... the pictures in the shop are what the real ones look like from the Line Store, the ones that you receive are fake! Very disappointed.

I wish I could give these scammers-10!! DO NOT spend your money here , they clearly state that if your merchandise isn't received within 45 days,as long as you purchased insurance, not only would they refund you, they would also send the items again free of charge, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! My daughter is very sick with neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer, this was a gift to cheer her, and I have told them this! They have ignored every single email I've sent, I've pleaded with them, just refund me, you don't even need to send another parcel...again, totally ignored. They have a fancy website, I thought it was legitimate, I only wish I'd have thought to look on here first!, I'll be getting a chargeback from my bank, but please avoid these scammers!!

Don’t buy!! Shoe sizing is not standard and now I’m stuck with shoes (poor quality) that are too small with no chance of an exchange.

To all those like myself who have been scammed by the BTSMania shop, there may be a light at the end of our tunnel. I am so angry with them as i ordered as previously stated a pair of sneakers size 5. When they eventually arrived they were the wrong size. They refused to refund or reimburse unless i paid for the return of the wrong item. I refused as like any rational person would, why would we incur costs for something we haven't done. It went from better to worse, or worse to worse should i say. They then showed a picture of some random conversion chart they went by, sadly it showed up where they went wrong. They had ordered in US sizes then converted it to european size. I pointed this out and told them now they had to Pay up as they had no where else to go with this complaint. They now of course refuse to answer any emails. I have contacted the Korean Consumer Agency who have agreed to take on the investigation with this company. I don't know where this road will take me, but i will keep you informed.

Unfortunately, I am another who has fell for this scam and bought something from their site. I bought a chimmy plushie, cup and an Army Box. All in all I have wasted about £90. They are using official pictures of BT21 and BTS goods but are sending out fakes in their place. DO NOT BUY from this company, they are scammers. I have emailed them requesting a refund but reading previous reviews I am not holding out much luck. If I don't get anywhere I will be initiating a chargeback claim against them. EDIT- I have emailed them to ask for a refund, they initially asked for pictures, which I provided and then pictures of the packaging, which again I provided. After sending all of that they have then advised that I can keep the goods "out of courtesy" (however, I have already paid for them) and that I can have 50% off my next order. They are still refusing to refund me. EDIT- They are now offering a 30% refund, I have emailed my bank to ask where to go next from here.
