I paid 20$ for a shirt on this website. The website stated several time that it was "96% cotton" but the label of the shirt ststed "100% polyester". The quality was absolutely atrocious. It feels so cheap and flimsy. Also had a horrible smell. Nobody could ever wear the shirt. But the customer service was even worse. I emailed them 20 times explaining their blatant false advertising and how this was their responsibility. They did not care at all & kept reciting that all they could offer me was 10% refund (aka 2$ when i paid 20$) or a 5$ store credit. I was so angry by this company that filed a complaint through paypal against this company (since I paid via paypal). I was able to get a 50% refund that way. Do not order from this website, you WILL regret it. Also nothing on that website is official, even though they say it is. I know other people on Twitter who have had a terrible experience as well. Just don't buy from them.

Scammers. Their web is very well done, full of fake reviews. They claim their products are official. I bought a bombstick v3 and received a very poor quality chinese imitation.

I ordered two items, one a house of BTS sweater costing $46.95, the original had embroidery. And though the sweater I ordered does not feel cheap it is not what I spent almost $47 on. The second, which I’m most disappointed in was a jungkook house of BTS plush, the original had cherry pink hair, the one I got had purple hair, the plush was $46.95. I cannot believe I spent $90 on knockoffs. I’m disappointed people would scam poor unexpected armys like this. Do not waste your money on this site, because what you think is real merchandise coming from Korea is fake from China. Please save your money for real merch armys. Hope this helped.

I ordered around 12/24, order shipped on 12/26, and was received on 1/18. So, yes it will take sometime coming from China. The purse I ordered for my niece is of great quality and comes with a cute keychain and some BTS cards I wasn’t expecting. She’s going to love it!!

Ordered Christmas presents on the 4th of December for Christmas and the are still in Beijing. Kids were disappointed not to get what the asked for. Extremely disappointed with the service!

Order #10062 Complaint: Paid for expedited shipping. Item was missing for a month. No response for a requested refund. No apologies. Leaving a review on their website was not possible. Illegal activity: The BTS website does not allow for real customer reviews. All reviews on the website are fake. This is fraud, misrepresentation of quality over competition.

I am very happy with my order! Not only do I love the products; their customer service has been amazing. They quickly reply to emails and help to resolve any issues as soon as possible!

You can write to them repeatedly and ask for a refund for the fake and flawed goods they sell but they only offer you little money you can ONLY spend in their shop. But believe me, once you buy something expensive and you expect the goods to be of good quality, you will cry when you get your order and you will never ever want to buy anything else from them!
