Two Elite stairlifts…
I had installed two Elite stairlifts both with the power folding footrest and one with the powered folding rail. The stairlift works and the seat is very comfortable. My main issue is that it is rather noisy. Of particular annoyance is the constant beeping when the seat is turned. It sounds like a truck backing up and disturbs others in the house. I would think it would be possible to only beep if the seat was turned when you press the button to descend the stairs. Also it would be nice to reduce the noise of the powered folding rail.

Fine product and support personnel
The sales agent came out to take initial measurements for my townhouse stair lift on the day I called. She was thorough and informative. The proposed price was reasonable and installation was completed within two days. The technicians were very competent. Bruno is top of the line and so far has performed to my satisfaction.

My aging parents needed a lift.
My wife and I ordered the Bruno stairlift after researching various companies and their reviews online. My dad is 98 yrs old and was living independently with my mom who is 91. Obviously there comes a time you have to step in especially when little accidents begin to happen around the trailer home. We moved my parents in with us but we have a very steep staircase. After meeting the sales rep from 101 Mobility we ordered the Bruno stairlift and I was also impressed with the installer who set everything up. Easy to use, quiet and practically maintenance free, even the price was fair. My stairs are no longer an obstacle to my aging parents which keeps the whole family happy and safe.
