As the installation of a climbing chair is considered "care", we were able to have Steve come to measure and quote in the lockdown period. We made our decision quickly and the stair climber was installed in no time. With the two workmen it was finished in a morning. Operation, warranty and servicing were explained clearly and we were told to just give them a call if we had any problems. We also decided to have a second stair climber, This one is more complex and had to be ordered from The Netherlands. Steve has kept us informed and we hope that it will be available in about two weeks from now, It has been a pleasure dealing with "Lift Me' and we would recommend them to anyone in need of aid to manage stairs in their home.

We purchased a Bruno Elite. It looks and feels well made. It has operated trouble free for 3 months. It is easy to operate. It is quiet and smooth. It has helped 2 people in my home to convalesce in comfort and safety.

I bought a BRUNO Joey lift for my mobility scooter at the end of July 2020. I thought it was rather expensive, $5,300 CDN installed (into the rear of my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan), by Motion (formerly Motion Specialities), conveniently located directly across Quadra Street (Victoria, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada) from my residence. On the other hand, I have had no problem with the operation of the Joey lift. It certainly enhances my lifestyle. Thank you so much for manufacturing the Joey lifts. Plus, aren't you located in Wisconsin, USA? Nice to have something not manufactured in the People's Republic of China. My mobility scooter, COBRA Shoprider, was manufactured in the Republic of China (aka Taiwan). It is a great little scooter, but a little short of thigh/foot room for my 5'11" frame (my paternal grandmother's parents emigrated to the USA - Washington Territory/State - from East Prussia, Germany).

I suffer from a degenerative neurological condition (CMT), and after putting off getting a stairlift for a few years, I finally got to the breaking point and decided to finally move forward with the Bruno Elite model. We live in a raised ranch, so I actually had to get two lifts, one for each staircase. And I am SO happy I made the purchase. Life is just worlds easier. I now seamlessly and easily go between floors with no problem. And about a month after purchasing, that recent wind storm left us without power for two days. With its back-up battery, the lift kept working. Made about a dozen trips up and down with no decrease in power. And the power came on before I could figure out how long it really would last. That was the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend this stairlift enough.
