This experience with Dr Comfort has been horrible. I ordered the brown wing tip style shoes from their website for a friend's birthday and paid the extra to have them shipped next day air. They arrived days after they were supposed to. Fine, I can deal with that. However, I feel like I was catfished. The shoe on the site looks stylish. The dark coloring and gloss make it look like a modern classy dress shoe. What I received looked to be the equivalent of bowling ally shoes. The color was lighter and the material was dull. Honestly, bowling alley shoes are more comfortable than these shoes. I already had to go through a refund process for their failure to next day air the shoes and now I have to go send them back because of false advertising. Do not buy these shoes.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for shoes. Supposed to be 4 weeks. More excuses. I won't buy them again from this company. First they were done wrong. Then now More excuses.

I returned a pair of shoes on 8-6-26. Dr.Comfort received them on 8-11-26. As of 9-1 I have still not received my refund. When I call Customer Service (ha!) the agents first can't find my order, then they tell me they just switched systems and that's causing the delay, then the system can't read the credit card I used to purchase the shoes, then after several "brief" holds they ask for another credit card number so they can send the refund there! That, and the fact that none of their reps speak barely understandable English, and the background noise suggests a giant call center leads me to believe that Dr Comfort's customer service center is a scam!

The soles of these shoes are constructed of hard plastic that has no cushion. These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Do not buy these fake diabetic shoe. If you have neuropathy like I do, these shoes will be a torture device.

Dr Comfort sells specialty socks and shoes to people with diseases like Diabetes. Socks sent had a large hole mid-calf. Contacted their 'customer service' (laugh). Provided a photo. They wanted customer, at my expense, to return one sock for inspection (which they clearly did not do). Notice, Dr Comfort has been involved in defrauding Medicare (Fed DOJ) customers and have terrible customer ratings. Can you see why?
