We are very pleased with our Bruno chair lift. The installation went smoothly, the customer support has been excellent, and the chair lift has worked flawlessly.

My life is so much easier being able to put my groceries on the lift & not having to carry them up the 17 steps. My apartment is perfect except for the steps. My new lift is a game changer! I can buy what ever & not have to worry about...how do I get it upstairs?....

have very bad knees and I have my car and lots of things in my basement so I called the Monroe Medical in Monroe wi and this man came out and told me about your product I have it in and enjoy it many times a day.

The installer(s) were great! They knew exactly what to do and were very professional and polite. The stairlifts themselves work nicely. Just need to be patient when they do not start up immediately.
