Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Excellent installation by A4Access. Chair meets expectation. A couple of the pieces seem to be of lower quality, but after a few days, I have no complain about the stair lift.

Service was great, equipment works fine, except the footrest is difficult to move. Technician applied some lubricant, but it didn't help,

We are very happy with our unit. It has made my husbands life so much better knowing he can get upstairs to his "man cave" eliminating the strain put on his knees by walking up each time. The installers did a great job & were pleasant to work with. From deciding to purchase; to having it in our home, it was worth the expense. Thank you John & Bernadette Henderson

The Bruno stairlift is awesome! Easy up & down and folds out of the way when not in use. The staff from 101 Mobility did an amazing job from helping us select the correct model to installation & support! I’m so happy I finally made the decision to stay in my house with the stairlift.

Had the stair glide installed for my mother when she was discharged from rehab about a month ago after having a stroke. The stair glide was quickly installed and is easy to operate. However, there was an issue with the battery not recharging properly which has required two service calls. Each time the retailer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable to address. I hope there will be no further issues as the stair glide has been a blessing to have and allows my mother to remain at home.

He was here on time, got the 2 lift chairs put on stairs in a timely manner. Had to call him to come back to lower seat he was out the next day. I highly recommend these folks.

Very pleased with the product. The office staff , sales rep and technician were very pleasant to work with, professional and efficient .

Kudos to Mobility123 from the initial phone call to the installers. Everything went smoothly and was a pleasure working with this company
