It doesn't operate quietly as they claim, making a lot of grinding noise, super slow going down stairs about 50-60 seconds for 11 steps only. You have to keep holding the button to go up and down. It is not one push button. Dissatisfied with purchase

Not Satisfied
While moving, there is a cracking/snapping sound at the halfway point in both directions. Two service calls and two different technicians tried to fix it. The last tech. said it was normal. Now with the chair parked at the bottom, the chair surges and move extra slow until it passes the slow down area of the rail. Chair has been installed month and half and going on third service call. NOTE- Chair cracking sound still not fixed. If I would have been told chair would make that sound at time of purchase it would not be in my home.

The chair doesn’t rotate 90 degrees at the upper end.False information in the brochure.
Wiring was unprofessional in appearance.

The Bruno Elan swivels to 67 and 90 degrees at the upper landing while the Elite swivels to 60 and 90 degrees. Some optional power swivel seat models will rotate less than 90 degrees.

Can not get parts
Can not get parts! Very difficult to contact various companies for Bruno parts. Service call price way out of line for a one hour service. And could not resolve the issue. I had done most of the work myself, installed batteries, cleaned track, because I am knowledgeable of most mechanical things. Just need the parts!

All factory-trained Bruno dealers, including the one who installed the product, can order parts from Bruno. Our dealer network is the largest in the industry - -find a Bruno dealer near you at www.bruno.com/dealers

Be prepared for surprises and maintenance costs
We are tired of spending $210 every few months because the wiper design on the Bruno chair lifts gets clogged with rug fibers. I don't remember the salesperson telling us this. I can just imagine if we had a pet. I think it is presumptuous of the dealer and manufacturer to expect people over eighty to wipe down the copper contacts on a monthly basis. Bad design if you ask me

when the gentleman came out to fix the…
when the gentleman came out to fix the problem what was wrong didn't seem to happen to them, so they fixed some things and it is still doing the same thing. Now i know i am not crazy, and i have never just made things up, but it is doing the same thing as it did before, it will start going down and just stop, sometimes i can get it going and sometimes it takes a minute or two, but i just don't want to call them again because it will just do the same thing..so i will just deal with it. and i will tell you, i believe in everything that is made in this country, and have the greatest respect for those Americans who build them, and no way would i rather have something that was made in China...and i know that things happen to anything we buy, that is just the way it is, there has to for some reason be one that will mess up, but i tell you this i would continue to use this, just wish it would run better...and i would sure recommend you to anyone who needs a stairlift

My experience with Bruno's products has…
My experience with Bruno's products has been the best, from my lift for my motorize scooter to the one stair lift that I have had for over 15 years. I decided to purchase another as they are very reliable and well built. I would recommend any of your products to anyone who needs them. The sale rep from Northend Mobility was reliable, pleasant and came when he said.
