The unit is reliable, easy to use and compact. Everybody who comes to the house tries it out and is impressed.

The stair lift is really a saver on the back and legs ,I should have gotten it sooner.

My Bruno stairlift is a lifesaver! It has allowed me the freedom to perform everyday tasks that had become impossible. I felt the installation team was very careful of my possessions and followed all Covid-19 safety procedures.

This lift chair provides freedom for my mom to travel down stairs to the garage where her vehicle is parked. We opted for the movable rail at the bottom of the stairs so we could go between basement rooms without having a tripping hazard. The installation didn't take more than 1-2 hours and I was instructed on the use of the chair to pass along to my mom before the technician left the house. Make sure that you seat the rail after it is moved because my mom was stuck just above the movable rail once but after I raised the movable rail, she could continue down the stairs. I would recommend this chair to mobility impaired folks.

My wife's new Bruno stairlift replaced her original stairlift. The removal and new installation was co-ordinated between removal, new stair carpet and installation. Our Bruno supplier was able to manage the work to leave her with only one night without a stairlift. She is very happy with the new Bruno, and I like the new rail design as it is more modren and clears more walking space don the stair.

My chair lift has been a terrific help for me. Last month I had a slight problem which was dealt with very quickly by the technicians and while fixing that problem they felt that it was a bit too noisy so did some adjustments there too.I am very satisfied with my Bruno and would recommend it to anyone who has difficulty going up and down stairs.
