I ordered on Black Friday Christmas gifts. My order was shipped using the different shipping company. The tracking information didn’t update. I checked in with customer service and explained my situation. They went above and beyond. They sent a replacement order on quick delivery to make sure the order arrived before Christmas. I didn’t ask for this, they suggested it. I couldn’t believe a company would actually care about their customers before making the buck but BruMate does. BruMate went above and beyond especially on something that was not their fault. Thank you!

Always amazed at how long the ice lasts in my cup and how cold my cans are even when it takes me a while to drink them. Love this product! Lots of color choices and always new innovative items!

All of the products I have ordered are way above expectations. I have ordered a slim, a pint, 3 trios and a jagger. The all keep cold drinks cold, ( ice stays all day and cold water stays cold for over 24 hours) and the hot drinks stay hot. Love Brumate. Shipping duty the holidays flat out sucked. I ordered and it took over a month to get to me. Brumate shipped with other companies and didn’t tell the customers so I had no idea where my gift was. Bonus to this was I got to keep the gift for myself. When orders are shipped after or before the holidays they are fast and we’re received with in 2 weeks with proper tracking information. Highly recommend Brumate and their customer service.

We are slowly replacing all our drink ware with Brümate products! Amazing quality, durable, REALLY keeps your drink hot and cold. I’ve had nothing but good experience with this company. The bad reviews all seem to be from around christmas time. Holidays, combined with the current pandemic and the Pitney Bowes issue cannot reflect the actual reliability of the company. They ship promply and are always there to assist in a timely manner. I love this company and their products!
