I’ve had a really great relationship with this company and anytime there has been an issue they’ve shown up and made it right! This is the only water bottle and coffee cup I use.

So coming here I was shocked - I actually received my order. However I am so shocked by how much sheer FORCE is required to open and close the bottle using the twist. I would NOT have bought the bottle if I knew how hard it would be to both open AND close. Also shocked by how often the twist FAILS to actually open or close the bottle, both when you actually successfully turn the twist to open (sometimes it just does nothing) AND also how often it fails when it simply requires too much force to actually turn it. That is a complete joke for a luxury bottle. It is pretty though UPDATE: After using it for about a month, turns out this is pretty much the only negative I have about the bottle. It's a pretty great bottle otherwise, and even has material to make putting it down pretty much totally silent. It really does keep my water cool for like 48h tested by me. I really like it

May 2026 - I finally got help from Cust Srv on their return procedures on a cup I ordered in April. They did give me suggestions on how to hopefully resolve my lid problem for the Müv 25oz | Eclipse cup but nothing worked. They also helped me with my return of the Muv cup. Happily, I was given my refund within 3 days. Very Satisfied with their return policy! Since I was enjoying my Era Flip 40oz cup, I ordered a smaller Era Flip to replace the Muv cup. Thanks again to your Customer Service Dept for their help.

I love the Brumate overall but hold out 1 star because I feel that the rubber straw is a bit too short. It would be perfect if the straw was just an 1-1 1/2" longer preventing you from having to put your face on top of the unit to get a sip. Maybe offer a longer straw as an accessory or option. I love my bruamate 40 oz. The design is great in minimizing leaks. When locked it will have only a drop here and there . Due to loving the 40 oz I purchased the 20 oz coffee mug. I do not like the lid and will be gifting it to someone else. 1. The lid screws on and is impossible to set the sip hole at the 9 o’clock position from the handle. 2. The design of the spill proof lid is good in concept but I hate how bulky it feels when sipping my coffee. I hate to give it up but the coffee cup lid is a deal breaker for me

I love the fact that they have screw on lids!! I have used other brands in the past and have spilled drink everywhere when they tip over. My sister and I went on a trip two weeks ago and I was trying to get all my stuff out of the car, in my arms and put my Brumate on top and it immediately tipped over. I gasped bc I just knew I was going to be soaked but nope, not a drop!! On the other hand, the lid is almost impossible to unscrew at times and the paint is chipping.. ☹️

Love the colors, the spill proof lid....BUT my only complaint is my coffee does not stay warm...at all. I hope they can work on that.
