Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Seriously my favorite beverage container company! Great customer service and amazing products. You can go wrong with any of them! Not to mention the color options!!!! So many!!

I ordered gifts for Christmas in November and I had no Issues with shipping. I love their products and always had a good experience with customer service.

I have made multiple orders with Brumate and purchase a ton of different products, and no one else can even compare. I truly appreciate a company that takes ownership when issues arise. They are constantly looking for feedback and better ways to serve their customers. If you haven’t already made a purchase, you should immediately!

I have been a faithful Brümate buyer for almost 3 years now and own way more than I’d like to admit... Every time I have had even the slightest issue with anything ( I’m PICKY as heck) they have fixed the issues and then some. I love this company, products and most importantly their customer service 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I love everything about Brumate! I placed an order right after Christmas for a January birthday. With all the delays in shipping I wanted to make sure it arrived on time. It showed up way faster than I expected! Always a good experience. Customer service is helpful and works to make everything right.

Not only are these products AMAZING, their customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Kudos to such an amazing small business and their incredible products. There’s nothing like the trio on the market and it’s my only go to.

I own about 20 different Bru Mates of various sizes and shapes. I will be buying many more. They work VERY well, great colors, always putting out new quality product, and their customer service is everything you want it to be.

During the holiday season I ordered multiple Christmas gifts through BruMate..in two different orders. I received the second set of gifts first. Brumate was gracious enough to notify its customers of the problem they were having with a shipping company they hired. DYLAN was awesome with communicating and made sure that my first package of gifts made it to me before Christmas! I love this company and the BruMate they offer. Keep up the awesome work!!
