I own an unGodly amount of Brümate! I can’t help it! Yes, they are gorgeous but more importantly, they work so well and they are so versatile. I love to give them as gifts and my family loves to use them daily. What I probably love more though is the fact that the owner is so involved with his customers. He does his best to make everyone happy and he truly listens to recommendations from Brümate fan base! I will continue to be a customer for all these reasons.

I ordered a brumate for a Christmas gift and they must’ve lost the package and I contacted brumate and they sent a new one out! So amazing & easy to work with!

Superior products. I have nearly every style they offer and have yet to be disappointed. We have done many side by side comparisons with Yeti, Hydro Flask, Corkcicle, Kleen Kanteen, and RITC; every single time Brümate has out performed the other brands. Blown them out of the water in fact. Customer service is wonderful. I had the gasket on a trio crack, my issue not a quality issue. When I reached out to inquire about purchasing a replacement they shipped out a new one that day no charge. Let’s address the big “s” word, shipping. Over the years I have seen all sorts of speeds in my product getting to me, more often than not it is within a week, two at most. Now 2020 in particular I experienced a couple shipments that were a little longer, three weeks on one, mind you I live in CA and they ship from FL and I always go with the cheapest shipping. I chalk this up to the fact we are in a whacked world right now and everything is delayed. Parcel carriers have seen a drastic increase in demand and I am afraid we have been spoiled by two-day shipping. Amazon is even failing to meet their two-day promise. All in all do not sleep on Brümate, don’t allow nationwide shipping delay scare you. Order with ample time to receive your packages and give grace to businesses and parcel companies for doing their best to fill our glutinous consumerism. You will not be disappointed.
