Amazing customer service and wonderful products!

Awesome product! My collection just keeps growing!!

I have been a customer of Brumate for over 3 years. I absolutely love all of their products. The colors offered and the many different options are simply incomparable. Functional yet beautiful. The best part of Brumate has to be the customer service. They did a promotion for Black Friday and to say the response was overwhelming would be an understatement. As a huge fan, I understood with the discounts being offered there was going to be a pretty big response. About two weeks after placing the order, I started looking for my products. Items usually arrive very quickly and you get excited for their arrival! The owner of the company actually communicated directly with all of us via social media about the shipping issues. He thanked us for our patience and gave us options on how to resolve it. The communication and ownership of the issue was unprecedented, particularly during a pandemic. Long story short, all my products arrived before Christmas. They are perfect, as always, and everyone loves their gifts. This company is a 10 out of 10 as far as I’m concerned.

Even with the shipping delays this company is amazing to deal with!!! They are always kind and courteous to their customers.

Brúmate have the most amazing products and even better customer service. Highly recommend them. I have multiples and have given even more as gifts. Great for the Aussie climate!!!

I love these cups! They are gorgeous and work so well. Our bridal party loved receiving them as gifts this year!

I love Brumate. Just about every cup I own is a Brumate. I have tried many and Brumate takes the win. My coffee stays hot for hours and my drinks cold for hours. There customer service is amazing. They care about their customers amd always aim to please. Thank you Dylan for your amazing ideas and beautiful cups.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with brumate! Every item I received has been nothing short of amazing! Before the holidays, every piece that I ordered was always there on time or earlier than expected! I am literally OBSESSED and I can’t wait to get more!
