I love love brümate and they have incredible products and customer service!

I love my brumates! They keep my cold drinks cold without the hassle of my hand warming up the drink and my hot drinks hot for hours. They are such an amazing product and awesome customer service. Any problems I’ve had I’ve sent them and email and they email back straight away with organising replacements. They also make great gifts for people I always have a spare few in the cupboard for when I need a gift for someone.

Love this company so much! There isn't enough room here to write how much I love this brand!! The products are beautiful and always in perfect condition! They have a lifetime guarantee and always coming out with new products!!! I'm beginning to replace all of my cups with brumates and so happy about it!!!

I placed an order before Thanksgiving for several Brumate pints as Christmas gifts. My order was “stuck” in NJ. I emailed Customer Service and a replacement order was expedited and I received it 2 days before Christmas. Brumate is fabulous from their products to their customer service! I will continue to order from them. love them!

I ordered two slims as a gift for my friend on Black Friday for Christmas. During that time Brumate partnered with Pitney Bowls shipping for a week of orders, mine was included on that. Brumate was awesome at communicating there would be delays And that it was because of PB. I had other companies that used Pitney Bowls and they were late too. Brumate also gave a secondary option for customers if they needed their orders before Christmas, I did not but mine arrived on Christmas Eve. Brumate is awesome at their customer service and i will be ordering again. My friend loved her slims!

I have so impressed with this product. I started by getting a slim koozie as a gift. I loved it so much I asked for more for Christmas. I now own 4 different types and plan to acquire several more. They are exactly as described and I love how versatile they are. I currently use my trio as a coffee cup that keeps my coffee warm all morning (because I have never had time to drink it in one sitting) and also works even better keeping my cans cold. I have the imperial pint as my daily water glass. I have put ice in it in the morning, refilled it several times during the day and the next morning part of the ice is still there! I don’t know how it gets better than that!

I’ve bought BruMate for over a year now and have replaced every cup in my household with them. The customer service is beyond phenomenal. The CEO is by far the MOST AMAZING and CARING man ever. You’re not just a number to Dylan (CEO & creator). He takes customer service and his brand seriously and to heart. The products are life lasting and the BEST IN THE WORLD - I mean that literally!!!

Ordered before Christmas during the cyber Monday sale. All items arrived before Christmas and were perfect! Everyone loved their gift! The packaging for each item is so great. We reuse all of them!
