Love this company and its products. I always get my deliveries on time and sometimes a day or 2 early. The product is always prettier in person and works exactly as advertised. My drinks stay hot or cold for hours depending on what I put in it. I've had ice in my cup a full 24 hours after using it a few times! I pretty much want to order everything!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST COOLERS! Brumate knows exactly what they are doing and you shouldn't shop anywhere else. Outstanding customer service where the people in charge listen to the consumers and give us everything we could ever imagine and more. Never had any complaints to write home about or any problems what so ever with products or shipping. Keep up the great work guys!

Brumate customer service is spectacular! I typically receive my orders in a quick and efficient manner, there was definitely an exception to this Christmas 2020, but like everything else 2020 it flopped. Dylan/ bru customer service tried to remedy all the issues! They have certainly made up for it. As for the products, amazing. I drink ice water throughout the night and wake up with the same ice, it’s amazing. I’ve converted everyone around me. Besides pints, dou, and highball are our favorite products!

I’ve ordered several times only once had issue. this past black friday order got delayed by the shipping company not Brumate. although it was not brumate a fault they did everything they could to get orders moving. I ordered from another company who used the same shipper those items also were delayed. I love brumate and would never hold it against them just because of a one time experience. plus the company took action to not use that shipper again.
