BrownellsReviews of brownells.com

Don't do business with Brownells. Once you're on their mailing list, it's endless promotional daily emails. Not possible to opt-out or even delete your account once you login. After a week to trying to do so, I finally had to threaten them with contacting my State Representative about this sleazy practice. I think they have finally stopped the emails but not 100% sure yet. There are dozens of good gun sites to do business with...Stay away from Brownells.

Had one of the worst online purchase experiences of my life with Brownells. Ordered a high end stripped lower receiver that showed up with a large blemish. After a 3 day waiting period from my initial call, I was finally contacted and told(in a disrespectful manner) that they would do nothing to rectify the problem. So now, I will do all within my power to let others know before they make a similar mistake and shop from this sorry excuse for an online firearm store

I purchased a side saddle for my Mossberg 500 from these guys. It malfunctioned and broke my shotgun. They said they're not liable for that and said they'd do nothing to help me and that it was my problem to fix, not theirs. Completely horrible customer services and products. I will never buy from these a-holes again and I'll tell everybody I know to never order from these clowns. Save your money and spend it with a company who cares about it's customers.

Shop elsewhere. Not going to bother ranting about the terrible customer service, antiquated website or the order tracking scripted by a moron (sorry morons), Just do yourself a favor, buy from somewhere else, the experience would have to be better then Brownells.com My estimated deliver was yesterday, actual deliver sometime at least a week from now :O

The item I ordered never arrived and when I contacted customer service they refused to offer any assistance. The would not refund my money or send a replacement. They have effectively stolen my money. I will never order anything from Brownells again and I do not recommend anyone else to either.

Waiting for small part 6 weeks-still doesn’t get! No answer to my emails and at the same time take out from my card three times payment for this order! No recommend to everyone to deal with him!

I ordered €350 worth of parts over 2 weeks ago and it's not even been dispatched yet, None of my emails have been answered and the phone just goes straight to voice mail. Considering legal action or reporting them to the consumer group. Very frustrating not knowing what's happening. Never again

I bought some ammo that was on sale, and because they don't keep a up to date inventory, they don't let you know it is out of stock until like hours later. I ordered it, and got an email that said, here is your invoice. It didn't even say that the order was cancelled. I looked at the invoice and in small print it said the order had been cancelled. There are plenty of places I can buy ammo that have a live updated inventory and treat me way better. Bye Brownells, you lost my business. Poor communication is not acceptable in this day where there are plenty of good online retailers out there.
