Placed an order for a $100 handheld light and mistakenly used the wrong address, whereupon delivery the item was discarded... Brownells shipped me the same item again to the correct address free of charge even though the mistake was mine to begin with. Brownells prices are among the best in the business, their processing/shipping is quick, and their customer service second to none... Not to mention their Retro line is fantastic. They have earned my lifetime business.

Not really sure what's up with all the bad reviews. I've ordered many times from brownells and have never had any issues other than slow shipping a few times but that was a carrier issue not brownells. They have always shipped my orders right out. The packing could be a little better but when it's free i can't really complain. I've never received any thing damage so their you go.

Was delighted when a Brownells Ireland franchise was announced but have found them to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Returned items for exchange months ago and no sign of replacements. Items have been paid for in full. No answer to emails, no answer on the phone. I could not recommend them less. Would give zero stars if possible. I am now considering legal action to recoup losses.

Prices and product availability are decent, but shipping takes forever.

Why is it that when you ask for a known item in a search you are given everything but. IE. Assembly tool kit for AR-10. SDI is the reference that you have the kits.

I placed an order with Brownells Ireland 4 weeks ago and did not receive confirmation of my order. I checked "my orders" on their website and the item is listed. I emailed them twice but didn't get a response. I also rang them twice but the call wasn't answered. At this stage I don't know when or if my order will be delivered. I have looked elsewhere and found the item on another suppliers website and at a better price. So I'm canceling the order from Brownells Ireland. I'm very disappointed as I dealt directly with Brownells and Sinclair in the past and never had an issue.

Ordered from Ireland Franchise waited > 2 months but did not receive anything. Unable to contact Brownells Ireland by phone as they never answer + never replied to any of my emails. In the end decided to cancel payment with bank since as they tried to take payment 3 times.... but payment was reversed each time. Avoid this company shop else where.

Decent selection, but will wait for coupons to purchase. Customer service isn't up to par compared to other retailers.
