I ordered some parts on 10/5/2018 and paid $26 express post, they took 2 days from America got held up in customs for a week or so it's now the 15/06/2018 and they have not sent my products nor given an indication when it will be sent. Read the reviews and decide for yourself. But I recommend trying another store. I had an email session, with someone who called himself Bruce brown, with no eventualities except to realise they are now holding my products through spite. Dont buy from here

Excessive waiting times with no correspondence from Brownells. Repeated emails and phone calls go unanswered. Poor customer service. I would not recommend using Brownells Australia for firearms parts and will instead deal direct with USA for future purchases. Very disappointing experience considering the amount that has been ordered for my clients.

Do not buy from here. They sneak a little T&C in font 0.1 that says 7-10 days AFTER DISPATCH...Which basically means 2 weeks after when they can be arsed. My order cost me £5.99 delivery to send from the US to the UK which then took nearly 3 weeks to come...3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid, you get some ineffectual halfwit or his wife who sends almost single word replies if/when they can be bothered then ignore you when you prove him wrong. I will be claiming back via my credit card. Please support local companies with better customer service and not giving all their money to the USA!

I placed an order for an in-stock item and paid for 4-7 day shipping. The item wasn't shipped until 6 business days later. It took a total of 13 days to get to my door. I emailed them about it and they never replied. I have been shopping at Midway USA for some time, and thought I would give them a try. I would only order from this company if it is a last resort and you don't care when you get it. I rarely ever write bad reviews, but this company deserves it.

It's been nine days since I ordered a couple of magazines and the system still showing no information available. I left an email and no response. Never again will I do business with them and if anyone asks, I will definitely let them know what to expect. Two thumbs down. If I don't hear anything by the weekend, I'm stopping payment on the order.

Dreadfull...I’ve never had to try so hard to give some one My money! Placed an order seven months ago but in spite of Me making a number of phone calls and emails never received it.All contact by Me was met with a complete lack of interest.Checked my bank account they hadn’t taken payment so I assume they were never serious in the first place.Dont waste your time on them!!

This is more about their shipping. It is 2018 and with online shopping 99% of items they sell can be found elsewhere for about the same price, even directly from the manufacturers. Most places will now be judged and receive return business based on shipping speed. They used to be great but as of around 2 years ago (from when I understand is about when the warehouse moved) it has been awful. Several days to process an order when it used to be out same day. I am ~250 miles North of them in the Twin Cities and for some reason they use FedEx which sends packages 300+ miles east to Chicago. The tracking number I receive from Brownell's is a USPS tracking number which means FedEx is going to pass the item off. Why is FedEx even involved? This is not an isolated incident. As I stated it all started a couple years ago and has happened this exact way with the 4 orders I have placed in this timeframe. Needless to say I am done with this company. 10 days to get a bottle of RCBS cleaning solution is insane.
