I been buying my reloading supplies and equipment from Brownells but on Dec. 2, 2019, I ordered an RCBS Matchmaster set of die for a 6.5 creedmoor and it came Dec. 13, I guess you can't complain if you are getting a free shipment, total amount of order including other items is close to $300. The die that I got is either a returned item or a blemished one since there's a lot of scratches on the lock ring and the body of the bullet seater is all scratched up. I called customer service on a Saturday and he said that they cannot process an exchange and I have to call back Monday. Called Monday and I got the same person that I spoke on Saturday and reminded him about our conversation. To make the long story short the customer service is so bad that I have to hang up and decided that I will never order again from this place even if it is cheaper by a few dollars, I would rather buy somewhere else and pay more if customer service is helpful to the buyer's concerns.

My Brownells order was incomplete. The shipping box was damaged and one 300 blkout ammo box was missing along with 11 rounds from another ammo box. Most ammo I have received from other companies double box their ammo. What was most frustrating, was calling Saturday and reporting the issue, and the only confirmation after waiting 30 mins to speak with someone was - I will receive a call on Monday. Brownell's can take my money on a weekend but can't fix an issue that was originated by Brownell's. I have to ask myself is saving a dollar on a box of ammo worth this aggregation? I never received a call. I called and was informed I have to take a picture before they will send my ammo. I was told I have to be inconvenient because of others who have lied. I ordered 12 boxes of 300 blkout ammo $359.00 why would I lie over $30.00? I told them to keep the box of ammo and 11 missing rounds. I only deal with customer first base companies.

What a joke. I ordered a s&b brace and my Order was put on hold and I tried to contact them five times and nothing back. I finally got ahold of Customer support and canceled my order. I will never recommend this joke of a company. Next time I’ll read everyone’s reviews before I ordered for these places.

I cant honestly give a rating because I have never purchased from here. But I can say, I dont get the "Brownells Hype" Unless you want to pay more for things. In the last 3 years I have purchased alot of guns, ammo and supplies. I mean, 10 ARs, 38 auto pistols, 5 revolvers, 18,000 rounds of ammo, targets, hearing protection, cleaning supplies, magazines etc. Not once was Brownells cheaper. And I do my research every time I buy. Whats the Brownells hype????? If you people are willing to give more money for things, please let me know why?????

The best in the business. I have been buying supplies for over 30 years. Brownells takes all the risk out of buying equipment and materials that may not meet your expectations. In recent years they have become even more competitive on pricing for supplies. If you are into high end loading, bench rest, they have all you need to make precision cartridges. Any tool that does not meet your expectations, even after years, call them and they will pay the shipping back. I have taken my loading to a whole new level. I could order and try any exotic tooling, gun part, even supplies knowing full well I could not lose.
