I've been shopping with them for over 30 years, and honestly can't understand the negative reviews. I wonder if some folks can't be made happy despite a business's best efforts. Anyway, the gunsmiths are all great (the Texan is a bit smarter than the others), the customer service team is outstanding and I look forward to my next purchase. Keep in mind, they have a lifetime return policy and on the rare event I have needed it, they took it back with no questions asked. They are simply a class act, and still the best in the business.

Forget Brownell's - their customer service has gone down the tube and their shipping times are awful. Recently placed a large order, items that showed in stock were cancelled off the order due to them not having them, they were not able to make any changes to the order or even stop it from shipping once I was notified the items weren't available. Not to mention the fact that I ordered it this past Sunday and it won't arrive til next Monday! (will be refusing delivery). There are plenty of places to give my money to and Brownell's won't be one of them. Even after calling customer service and letting them know that I wasn't happy with this they just said "sorry", IMO you don't let a customer hang up angry or else well.... they say bad things about you. haha.

They charged my card twice and sent 2 of my order. Also $10 to ship a trigger is ridiculous especially when it takes a week. They use mail innovations and it did not arrive on time. Next time I'll just order from the manufacturer.

There seelction is good and they have excellant desciptions and review that help you select a product. There new website is good, though I liked the old one better. They ship quickly and support their products.
