I canceled my plan months ago and just got charged a copay for an appointment I apparently had. I never had this appointment, I hadn’t even logged in for several months because I thought I canceled the plan. So, why am I being charged for appointments I DID NOT EVEN ATTEND!!!

Very disappointed with the Ucard, it showed a $35 dollars balance, I went to Dollar general and it only approved $20 dollars,I got food but my balance still is $35, I don't understand I always have issues using the Ucard 😠

I can't say enough about how well brightside is setup. I can message my therapist and provider in my own time. It's easy to setup appointments, and my therapist is AMAZING. best decision I've made for my mental health.
