I love my therapist.. and my helpful exercises..

Brightside health helped greatly when I needed it and couldn’t afford traditional brick and mortar medical practices. I had to cancel the service due to financial strain but will be rejoining next month when I can afford the services again.

Bright side is great. The drs are great I’ve had a wonderful experience with this site although I’ve only been with them a month. I’ve been looking for strictly online care for a while that accepted my insurance and I’m so thankful I came across Brightside.

I love my therapist!!! She is amazing and spot on!! When I message her she responds quickly and somehow always says the right things. This company truly shows compassion.

I enjoy the therapy and especially the reminders.

I was wrongly charged. They charged me 6 times in a row when it should be only one time. I requested the refund and only got 2, still waiting for other 3. There's no chat live only email and takes time for them answer

I am very satisfied with this service from Bright side. I have only had good experiences. And I have come a long way. Two ladies one is my psychiatrist and one is my therapist and they both are outstanding. I still have a lot of growing to do but they have they see my change from the beginning to now I am truly a much better person because of bright side and the people that they have put in my life to select to help me they are the greatest and I thank God my father God for them to be of a part of my experience. I guess you could say a part of my journey. I thank God for them being in my life and I thank God for bright side you guys are the greatest please continue the good work.
