While very friendly the doctor I was with did not review my chart prior to my visit. Thought I was being treated for x when I was treated for y. Did not know what medication I was on, and then did not call in my current prescription. But did call in the other one, that was not needed.

Doctor knows exactly what I needed. Very nice, and very professional I think Brightside will be my go to Healthcare choice.

Garbage! My therapist didn't show up for our 2nd appointment. Do I receive the No Show fee that she would? Of course not. I've found another provider and will never use this company again.

This has been very simple so far and due to my very busy work schedule and the doctors being booked months out, it was really the only way I could take care of myself. I felt abundantly listened to and understood and they helped me the best way they could, immediately!

It was nearly impossible to speak with anyone regarding my situation. I ended up canceling the service. My therapist Jeremy was Fantastic and I’m missing his help.

My counselor has been very patient and understanding. He has continued to work with me through my issues.

My therapist has done a wonderful job! Thanks Mary! She is consistently on time, always has a good vibe and we connect really well. I have really gotten some amazing benefits from therapy and have such a better outlook on my life and how things are going!!
