Nothing but good things so far
Been using Brightside for 8 months now. I love my therapist and I actually found out she’s local! So we can relate that way. My psychiatrist is nice, and responsive to my messages and even occasionally has next day appointments.

Good overall experience
Good overall experience, quality medical professionals available daily. Great app. But when I tried to cancel two days after my next month started, customer service was not very accommodating.
