Everything about Brightside has been great .. I mean everything and everyone

I left talkiatry due to the high prices, a provider that refused to respond to messages, and after provider that wouldn't allow refills without an appt. Talkiatry ended up being incredibly expensive and I wasn't happy with my experience. Now that I am with brightside, I don't feel stressed about the cost, my providers respond in a timely manner and getting refills isn't a difficult task. I recommend Brightside to anyone looking for vetted providers and therapists.

I was using Brightside and it was great, and then out of the blue I got an email that you “suddenly realized” that you don’t take my insurance, and that if I wanted to continue I’d have to pay out of pocket. This was after several months of using Brightside. It’s a good thing I wasn’t suicidal or anything, because I had to stop my treatment immediately. This was a major oversight from Brightside and it really ruined my impression of the company.
