Met with a psychiatrist who basically refused service and told me to go back to my old provider.

I think the program really tries to make a good match but it died by always work out. Times for therapy meetings is hard to accommodate and to be honest I did not match well with my therapist

The programs and ideas presented through brightside therapy worked for me and I am able to see how I can be in control of my own cognitive behaviors.

Easy online accessibility with a skilled provider. Enjoy the flexibility of scheduling my own followup appointments. Was unsure of online/zoom experience but has been very rewarding.
