I can't believe the terrible experience I've had with the impression system! They made me wait for ages, and when I finally got my $2500 upper and lower veneers back, they were in horrible condition. The bottom was cracked and the veneers were falling off. And get this: they actually told me to use DENTURE BOND to keep them in place. What a joke! To make matters worse, there were two burn marks on them, like they heated them up way too much or something. When I asked for a replacement, they had the nerve to tell me to send them back again! Like I should be the one inconvenienced for their mistakes. I sent them photo after photo, and they still did nothing. Let me tell you all, don't waste your money on their 3D printed veneers. There are pop-on veneers online that sell for HALF the cost and are way better quality. You won't even get to speak to someone in person, you're stuck with just emails and online chats. They are ripping people off with their cheap products and outrageous prices. I've been back and forth with them so many times, and they just won't do anything. If anyone else is having issues, let's band together and start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these scammers! We're paying $2400, and there shouldn't be ANY issues, especially when they're just printing plastic. Leave your reviews to warn others and keep them from stealing your hard-earned money. It's absurd for them to expect us to send back their faulty veneers after waiting THREE MONTHS for them. This is unacceptable!

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Read all the 1 bad star reviews before anything. Believe me I have been burned by this company. I do not care how many good reviews they have. They hold a policy with no refund. Customer service will hang the phone up on you.. went through 3 sets of impression kits with none of them being approved. A very slow process and when questioning them they seem to give only exusses. They find a way to scam you. Just reported them to the BBB. They will get your money. And you will be out your investment. Trust me STAY AWAY.

This is the all time best company to get veneers from. They fit snug and are lightweight. They do not interfere with speech or drinking. They look and feel fantastic. You will never be disappointed with this company.

Bought these for my husband. Although incredibly expensive, initially they worked out well. They did become discolored within a few months (which might be attributed to foods etc) and were loose in about 6 months requiring dental paste (possibly weight changes) but in about a year they just broke, which was beyond disappointing and heartbreaking for my husband. It was past the warranty and they didn't offer much of a discount. I checked out the payment plan. You don't get the details till you send them a downpayment, which is crappy because if I knew the details upfront I wouldn't have bothered having my money tied up for a few weeks. My deposit was $300. The loan is horrible. It's weekly and no adjustment available for that. I would have done it if it was monthly. I read If you are late with one weekly pymt before the several weeks it takes for them to ship you the finished product they won't send it and you lose what you already paid. And like other people said you can't complain because you signed a contract. So I didn't sign the loan and got a refund of my deposit. I didn't go with them the second time around. I just tried trusmile and paid $1500 less because they had good reviews on here so we will see how that goes 🤞🏽.

Well iv not got no product yet but Michelle was so nice an answer all my questions so theses people saying rude costumer service 🙄 that not right say these people have help alot people with there smile

This company is a scam.they lock you into a financeing agreement and send you nonthing.i will be sueing them and putting adds online and YouTube.i have the money just to get them done at a dentist.i should have just done it .we can stop them if you just put reviews on here.there main seorce for advertisements is youtube.all these fake reviews in here.they kept telling me that my order is on hold and but they keep taking the payment.yall can have that week ass 2400 you stole but hope you been saving your money cause I will get you to stop hurting people.please people don't buy from them you will be extremely hurt and let down.there is also banks and programs that will help you get real veeners.everything to good to be true usually is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES! My first experience was awesome. But my second is horrible. My arches broke the first hour I had them. They were in several pieces, discolored and unwearable within 2 weeks. These thieves are sending out cheap plastic crap and charging thousands. Then they hide behind this stupid contract saying you can’t complain. Listen...I took out a loan of $1000 to buy a new set of arches. When I sent my arches back under warranty they denied me because I swallowed a small piece and didn’t dig through my feces to send back a complete set. I still have to pay my loan back but I have nothing to show for it! they didn't even return the broken, crappy ones...NOTHING! The woman calling herself "Michelle" or "Shelley" she's a piece of work! Snotty, Rude, condescending, ZERO compassion. I would never in a million years let her work for my company! SERIOUSLY...BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company should be class-action sued and put out of the rip-off business!!!

The IncrediBIL veneers were pretty good... until they weren't. They're expensive and flimsy, and mine broke within a year from using them exactly as intended. PS Don't waste your money on the extended warranty. The company says you can eat in them, but the warranty doesn't cover damage incurred while eating in them. I probably would have just replaced the arch, but the customer service rep, Michelle, was truly awful to deal with. I can't give any more money to a company that allows their employees to act the way she did. I was informed that their lawyers would sue me if I left a negative review. That's a giant red flag for this company. No thanks.
