I did 11 impressions with Brighter Image labs and when one was finally accepted it did not fit. I sent it back and was told that Í would have to pay for additional impression kits. I paid over 2k dollars for veneers that even 2 1/2 years later I still don't have and was told I would have to start the process all over. I am out all of that money and still have nothing to show for it, but back and forth emails with the company and no refunds either. Shame on you Brighter Image Labs.

I bought an upper veneer from these people and paid the full amount. Within two weeks of receiving the veneer, it split in two. Years ago, they were the only game in town, but times have changed. They are not as special as they think they are anymore. I ordered the same veneers from another company (Instasmile) for three times LESS money but twice as good. Don't waste your money. They are interested in profit only, not quality. Customer service agents are smart A++es, probably because of the number of complaints.

Bought these for my husband. Although incredibly expensive, initially they worked out well. They did become discolored within a few months (which might be attributed to foods etc) and were loose in about 6 months requiring dental paste (possibly weight changes) but in about a year they just broke, which was beyond disappointing and heartbreaking for my husband. It was past the warranty and they didn't offer much of a discount. I checked out the payment plan. You don't get the details till you send them a downpayment, which is crappy because if I knew the details upfront I wouldn't have bothered having my money tied up for a few weeks. My deposit was $300. The loan is horrible. It's weekly and no adjustment available for that. I would have done it if it was monthly. I read If you are late with one weekly pymt before the several weeks it takes for them to ship you the finished product they won't send it and you lose what you already paid. And like other people said you can't complain because you signed a contract. So I didn't sign the loan and got a refund of my deposit. I didn't go with them the second time around. I just tried trusmile and paid $1500 less because they had good reviews on here so we will see how that goes 🤞🏽.

The IncrediBIL veneers were pretty good... until they weren't. They're expensive and flimsy, and mine broke within a year from using them exactly as intended. PS Don't waste your money on the extended warranty. The company says you can eat in them, but the warranty doesn't cover damage incurred while eating in them. I probably would have just replaced the arch, but the customer service rep, Michelle, was truly awful to deal with. I can't give any more money to a company that allows their employees to act the way she did. I was informed that their lawyers would sue me if I left a negative review. That's a giant red flag for this company. No thanks.

The whole process is hit or miss; the lucky ones are the people you see leaving google reviews. It's not fair but unless you could afford going to court, chances are you're not getting your money back...unfortunately. And like some have said on here, read every single document before signing. Make sure you've got a clear understanding of what you're signing up for, especially for those who are thinking of financing. Because FYI, there's a security deposit you'll have to pay on top of your down payment in order for them to begin production. The finance company doesn't offer bi-weekly or monthly installment plans. What's on that contract is final, so ya best have that weekly payment available. Honestly, I'd like to think companies like BIL or instasmile genuinely care and want to help, but the fact that most can't afford it proves otherwise. I'm sure price validation falls directly on it being a custom product lol. Anyway, for some of us this is next best alternative vs cost of actual dental work.

So far I have done my impression, sent it back the next day. I was excited and couldn't wait . I did the 2 x instalments which I paid $809 upfront without any issues. The next instalment came around to pay , and having funds in my account , they said it was declined (several times) So I rang my bank, nothing wrong on my end . Still declined. Told them to take it out of my husbands account (another bank ) Declined. Was told it was our banks. Asked them how first payment went through perfectly but now there is an issue.. They cant explain, just that it's our banks fault . If I get shammed, I'm going to be 1 extremely pissed off Australian women .

I received my veneers and as soon as I took them out of the case they come in, I knew immediately I was ripped off! They are HUGE! They are so thick, which in their videos they make them appear to be very thin. I cannot shut my mouth fully, nor can I speak correctly at all! I am a Covid-19 ICU nurse and all I wanted was a pretty smile. I really trusted this company with the near $600 I had to have down. Absolutely heart wrenching:

I have started with this company since early September and my experience so far as been unpleasant, everytime I send an impression back, no one gets back to me to even speak of why they keeps rejecting my impressions, you sit there waiting thinking everything is ready to go just to find out they are resending another kit, I am so over them already, customer service is not good, wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else
